There is no good school to teach you how to become a sales professional.This is why people of the most random backgrounds end up in sales.That certainly has been my story.Having built up academic knowledge in the scientific field of psychology in both Germany & The Netherlands, I decided that the best arena to study human behavior is business.This journey has taken me from Bulgaria to Germany, The Netherlands, Ireland, and, most recently, the Czech Republic.I saw first-hand how Salesforce grew from 600 to 2000+ employees during my five years with them in Dublin.I then spent three years with Merkle in Prague and took the local direct business from 1 to 10M € in annual revenue.I've been part of large corporations and startups but always remained entrepreneurial.Based on 10+ years of experience in the SaaS and IT Services industries, I now take pride in coaching revenue and growth teams to perform to exceed expectations.

HOW

My mission is to take teams from 1 to 10. To do so, I focus on unlocking growth potential at the individual and company levels.All businesses want to grow, but hardly any company out there has defined what growth means to them.As an advisor to Funden & Forte Security, I work with the exec teams & their sales teams to streamline revenue operations & scale up growth.As the Chief Growth Officer at FLO Group, we pursued growth by becoming our clients' trusted advisors. We focused on building successful partnerships, which became the bloodline of the business.
